Coordinators’ Responsibilities for Delayed Jobs
If there is a delay in the scheduled job due to the field Team Leader or other operational challenges, coordinators are expected to:
- Manage Client Expectations – Communicate proactively with affected clients.
- Adjust Job Duration – Extend the upcoming job’s duration if needed (do not change the scheduled start time).
- Manage the Next Job under two scenarios:
Scenario 1: If the next client may also experience delays due to internal operational challenges from the previous job, coordination should only manage client expectations. The on-time arrival in the system should not be adjusted.
Scenario 2: If the next job involves upsell or validation requiring extra time, coordination should both manage client expectations and adjust the on-time arrival in the system accordingly.
Please ensure these steps are followed to maintain consistency and client satisfaction.
